MECHANICSBURG, Pa. – Eagle FC Women are excited to announce the re-signing of defender/forward Jamie Swartz for the upcoming 2026 USL W League Season, pending league and federation approval.
A standout talent from Palmyra, PA, Swartz returns to Eagle FC following another impressive collegiate campaign at James Madison University, where she continues to establish herself as one of the region’s top defensive players.
During the 2024 NCAA season, Jamie appeared in all 21 matches for the Dukes and played a key role in helping the program capture the Sun Belt Conference Championship, record seven clean sheets, and earn a berth in the NCAA College Cup Tournament. Her performances throughout the season earned her recognition as a Sun Belt Second Team All-Conference selection.
Swartz has also become a major contributor to Eagle FC Women’s continued success in the USL W League.
During the 2024 campaign, Jamie made 10 starts, helping organize a back line that produced nine clean sheets while contributing four goals from her defensive role. Her impact helped drive Eagle FC Women to the Mid-Atlantic Division Title and another memorable season.
Across her time with Eagle FC Women, Jamie has contributed to one of the most successful periods in club history — helping the club capture three Division Titles, an Eastern Conference Championship, and make a historic run to the USL W League Final Four.
Known for her versatility, composure, and ability to impact the game on both ends of the field, Jamie provides leadership, defensive stability, and an attacking threat that makes her an important piece of the squad heading into 2026.
Jamie will spend the summer competing with Eagle FC Women before returning to James Madison University for her senior season.
