We always put technical development and decision making at the forefront of our curriculum.  In addition, the Attacking and Defending Principles Camp will allow the more competitive player to learn skills, techniques, and decision making that are critical in the Attacking and Defending phases of play.  The camp will focus largely on the individual player but campers will also learn how these critical skills and decisions will translate to the team success in addition to their individual improvement. By the end of the camp, parents will see improvements in their child’s technical ability, decision making, confidence, individual foot skills, creativity, defending, attacking ability and they will certainly have fun.

Director: Brian Redding joined Eagle F.C as the Director of Coaching in November 2020 and he is energizing the club back into regional and national standards. Prior to coming on board as the Director of Coaching for Eagle F.C., Coach Redding was coaching at the College level for the last 26 years. His most recent coaching stint was the Head Men’s Soccer coach at Dickinson College . In the 16 seasons that Redding was in charge, he guided the Dickinson men’s team into a nationally recognized soccer program. Dickinson competed for numerous Conference Championships and qualified for several NCAA Tournament bids under Coach Redding’s lead. Coach Redding has spent decades coaching, teaching, and understands how to advance youth players in the fundamentals of soccer and is bringing this experience to the camp environment.

Additional Staff: Additional Staff will be other College coach friends of coach Redding’s, and may be Eagle F.C. current high level club coaches that are former college coaches or High School coaches, former college players, current college players, and some of our Eagle F.C. older club players will be helpers.
Our coach/staff to player ratio is approximately a 1:10.
