USL W will be representing the highest level of pre-professional soccer offered in the Central PA region and we are looking for top domestic and international players to join us. We also welcome former collegiate or professional players looking for exposure to professional opportunities.
Over the last three seasons, the Eagle FC Women have posted a 30-7-2 record, are three-peat Mid-Atlantic Division Champions , were 2023 USL W Eastern Conference Champions, and 2023 USL W National Semi-Finalists. For the 2026 season, we are striving for a 4th consecutive Mid Atlantic Division championship and another chance to advance through the USL playoffs.
Join us and play alongside some of the top players in the country from the ACC, Big Ten, Big East, PAC-12, SEC, NWSL, numerous national teams and more. Additionally, The USL W League provides a path to the professional ranks including the USL Super League, NWSL and various other professional women’s leagues around the world. Over the past year, the USL W League has over 200+ women competing professionally overseas and in the NWSL. Since our inaugural season in 2023, Eagle FC has assisted 12 players sign professional contracts in both the United States and Europe.
Our Eagle FC USL W team will be led by an experienced Eagle FC coaching staff who coach at the collegiate level.
