XTREME Sports Performance – Speed and Agility Training at the Splex

Coach Mike Alicea has put together another summer program for Eagle FC.  This camp is designed to help athletes improve their speed, explosiveness, and overall athletic performance. Throughout the program, players will participate in structured training focused on sprint mechanics, jumping, and agility development. To track progress and ensure measurable results,  Mike will conduct performance testing on the first two days and last two days of camp.

Camp Details:
Dates: June 9 – July 30
Days: Tuesdays & Thursdays
Session Times: 4:00–5:00 PM or 5:00–6:00 PM
Grades: 7th through 12th grade
Flexible Scheduling: Athletes may choose the session time that best fits their schedule.
