MECHANICSBURG, Pa – Eagle FC Women are thrilled to announce the return of Caleb Davis as Assistant Coach ahead of the 2026 USL W League season.
Davis enters his second season with Eagle FC Women, bringing extensive collegiate coaching experience, a proven track record in player development, and a strong commitment to building a winning culture.
He currently serves as Assistant Men’s Soccer Coach at Wilson College, where he leads recruiting efforts, oversees training sessions, and prepares the team to compete at the highest level. Prior to returning to Wilson, Davis spent five seasons as Assistant Men’s Soccer Coach at McDaniel College, where he was instrumental in driving player development, implementing tactical strategies, and fostering a winning culture both on and off the field.
Coach Davis played a key role in Eagle FC Women’s third consecutive Mid-Atlantic Division title last season and is eager to build on that momentum.
Joining a program with three consecutive division titles and one that has been to the final four is a responsibility I don’t take lightly. Last year was about immersing myself in that winning culture; this year is about elevating it. We aren’t just looking to compete – we’re here to defend the standard we’ve set.
