Eagle FC Women Welcomes Coach Johnson

Welcome Coach Justin Johnson

MECHANICSBURG, Pa – Eagle FC Women are excited to welcome Justin Johnson as Goalkeeper Coach ahead of the 2026 USL W League season.

Johnson brings extensive collegiate coaching experience with the Messiah University Men’s Soccer Program, one of the premier NCAA Division III programs and a true national powerhouse. Since 2000, Messiah has claimed 11 National Championships and reached the Final Four 15 times, consistently competing at the highest levels. During his tenure with the program since 2018, Johnson contributed to 123 wins, 14 draws, and 21 losses, seven consecutive MAC Commonwealth Championships, and developed a goalkeeping unit that recorded 89 shutouts, helping maintain Messiah’s championship culture.

A local product of Central Dauphin High School, Johnson played collegiately at West Chester University, where he excelled as a goalkeeper. He also competed professionally for the Harrisburg Heat, gaining valuable experience at the professional level before transitioning to coaching.

The addition of Coach Johnson strengthens Eagle FC Women’s coaching staff as the club prepares for another competitive USL W League season, continuing its commitment to elite player development, high-level competition, and pathways to the professional game.

I’m thrilled to join the talented coaching staff at Eagle FC Women for the 2026 season. This is an incredible opportunity to work with elite players, develop a top-level goalkeeping unit, and compete at the highest level in the USL W League. I can’t wait to get started and contribute to the club’s culture of excellence and championship mindset.
