Mechanicsburg, PA – March 20, 2025 – Eagle FC is proud to announce that our U13-U19 Boys teams have accepted an invitation to join the Elite Clubs National League (ECNL) Regional League beginning in the Fall of the 2025-2026 season. This milestone marks a significant step forward in our commitment to enhancing competition and player development opportunities for our athletes.
We are excited to be part of ECNL, an organization that embodies “collaborative innovation, opportunity, respect, development, and excellence” in youth soccer. The ECNL Regional League is renowned for its highly competitive environment, providing elite players with the exposure, training, and resources necessary to reach their full potential. By joining this league, Eagle FC continues its mission to elevate our programming and offer competitive players a pathway for development and national-level exposure.
“Joining the ECNL Regional League is a tremendous step for our club and, more importantly, for our players,” said Brian Redding, Eagle FC Director of Coaching. “This platform will challenge our athletes against quality competition, help them grow as players and individuals, and open doors to future opportunities at the collegiate level. Another key element we appreciate about the ECNL Regional League pathway is that it intentionally works around school sports seasons allowing players to also compete in both. As Eagle FC approaches our 50th anniversary, we are eager to see our teams rise to this challenge and continue building on our tradition of excellence.”
Eagle FC’s U13-U19 Boys teams will compete in the ECNL Regional League Northeast South Division, gaining invaluable experience that will enhance their technical, tactical, and physical development. Additionally, the league’s structure provides players with increased exposure to college scouts and recruitment opportunities.
Since 1976, Eagle FC, formerly HMMS, has a rich history of success and player development, and this move further solidifies our commitment to growth and excellence. We look forward to continuing to build a stronger soccer community and seeing our teams’ success in the ECNL Regional League.
