Our Eagle FC Women are members of the USL W League, which kicked off in 2022. For the 2026 season, the women will once again play in the USL W Eastern Conference within the Mid Atlantic Divsion. Going into the 2026 season, the women are the defending three-time champions of the Mid Atlantic Division and will be looking for their fourth league title. Since our inaugural season in 2023, Eagle FC has assisted 12 USL W players sign professional contracts in both the United States and Europe. In 2023, the women played in the USL W national semifinal.
The USL W League strives to strengthen the women’s soccer pipeline in the United States, supporting the development of the USL’s women’s pathway, and offering an elite pre-professional platform committed to providing more opportunities for women both on and off the field. The USL W League serves as the nation’s premier pre-professional league, developing the next generation of women’s talent both on and off the field, and enhancing the women’s soccer pipeline between college and professional soccer. An integral part of the USL Women’s Pathway, the W League offers a high level summer league competition which allows athletes to retain NCAA eligibility. With nearly 100 teams across the United States, the USL W League will bring elite women’s soccer to local communities, creating more opportunities to play, watch, and grow the women’s game.
