MECHANICSBURG, Pa. – The Eagle FC Women would like to welcome back United East Conference Offensive of The Year and Penn State Berks Midfielder / Forward Emily Clapper for the 2023 Eagle FC USL W League Season!
This past season, Emily appeared and started in 21 matches for the Nittany Lions, scoring 17 Goals and had 8 Assists. She ended her career with the Nittany Lions, tallying 55 Goals and 25 assists, was named to the United Soccer Coaches Second Team All-Region (2022), United East Conference Offensive Player of the Year (2022), x3 United East First Team All-Conference, and was named United East Tournament MVP this past season, leading her team to a conference championship!
Playing for Eagle FC provides an excellent way for me to grow in my game personally as well as grow the sport for women. I am thankful for the opportunity and blessed to be able to continue to play the sport I love. I can’t wait to play alongside such a talented group of players!
