MECHANICSBURG, Pa. — Eagle FC Women are excited to announce the addition of Mechanicsburg, PA native, Dreher Richards to the coaching staff ahead of the 2026 USL W League season.
Richards joins the club for his first season and currently serves as an Assistant Coach for the women’s soccer program at Dickinson College. With over 20 years of coaching experience across the youth, high school, and collegiate levels, he brings a wealth of knowledge to the Eagle FC Women’s staff. In his current role, Richards is heavily involved in all aspects of the program, including training session design, match preparation, and opponent analysis.

Richards joins a staff that has helped guide Eagle FC Women to sustained success in recent years, including multiple Mid-Atlantic Division titles and deep postseason runs. His addition further strengthens the club’s commitment to maintaining a high-performance environment as the team prepares for another championship run.
