Former Real Madrid Defender Elisa Garcia Joins Eagle FC Women

Welcome Elisa Garcia

MECHANICSBURG, Pa. – Eagle FC Women are excited to welcome former Real Madrid and current Fairleigh Dickinson University defender Elisa Garcia, for the 2026 USL W League season.

Garcia joins Eagle FC after a strong start to her collegiate career at Fairleigh Dickinson University. In 2025, she was named to the First Team All-NEC, started all 20 contests, led the Knights in minutes played with 1,697, and recorded two assists during the season. As a freshman in 2024, Garcia appeared in 16 matches, made 13 starts, and tallied three assists, including the game-winner in FDU’s NEC Tournament victory over Wagner. She was also named to the 2024 NEC Fall Commissioner’s Honor Roll for her performances both on and off the field.

Before her college career, Garcia developed in the Real Madrid Academy, gaining experience in one of the world’s top youth systems and building a strong technical foundation that has translated to success at the collegiate level.

Garcia will reunite with current Spanish teammate Laura Martinez this upcoming summer, bringing elite defensive quality, and international experience to help anchor the backline as the team prepares for the 2026 USL W League season.

Welcome Elisa, pending USL W League and federation approval.
