Eagle FC Women Welcomes Back Coach Ngo

Welcome Back Coach Toan Ngo

MECHANICSBURG, Pa – Eagle FC Women proudly announce the return of Head Coach Toan Ngo ahead of the 2026 USL W League season.

Entering his fifth season at the helm, Ngo has been instrumental in elevating Eagle FC Women into one of the country’s premier pre-professional platforms and a direct pathway to the professional game. Competing in the highly competitive USL W League, the club provides the platform, structure, and competitive standards required to reach the next level.

Under Ngo’s leadership, the program has experienced sustained success and built a clear, winning identity. Eagle FC Women captured three consecutive Mid-Atlantic Division Championships (2023, 2024, 2025), claimed the 2023 Eastern Conference Championship, and made a historic USL W League Final Four appearance.

Across four seasons, the club has compiled an outstanding overall record of 28 wins, 2 draws, and 4 losses, resulting in an exceptional .853 winning percentage. The numbers reflect more than results—they represent a culture grounded in discipline, resilience, accountability, and competitive standards that mirror the professional level.

Player development and maintaining a clearly defined pathway to the professional level remains a top priority. During Ngo’s tenure, 12 players have signed professional contracts, solidifying Eagle FC Women’s reputation as a legitimate and proven pathway to the next level. The club remains a destination for elite players seeking high-level competition and a proven pathway to the professional game.

In addition to leading Eagle FC Women, Ngo is a member of the Men’s Soccer coaching staff at Dickinson College, where he has contributed to the program’s recent success. During his tenure, the team has earned multiple Top 25 national rankings, advanced to two NCAA Elite Eight appearances, and captured the 2025 Centennial Conference Championship — its first conference title since 2011.

Looking ahead to 2026, Ngo expressed confidence and excitement about the group assembled for the upcoming campaign.

I am incredibly excited about the group we’re bringing together for the 2026 USL W League season,” said Ngo. “The level of talent, work ethic, and character within this squad is truly special. We have returning players who understand our culture and expectations, along with new additions who are hungry to compete and grow. As one of the country’s top pre-professional environments, our responsibility is to challenge players every day and prepare them for the highest levels of the game. We’re ready to compete at a high level and set the tone from day one.
