The Eagle FC Women were on the road on June 5, 2023 to face the defending Mid-Atlantic Champions and undefeated McLean. Eagle FC took an early lead when Meg Tate scored 8th of the year off of a Melina Descary corner and Nia Christopher added two more to give Eagle FC 3-0 lead at the half. Eagle FC would continue to apply pressure in the 2nd half, but McLean’s goalkeeper came up with multiple huge saves to keep McLean in the match.
McLean made a late push, but Eagle FC would be close out the match with a 3-2 Win to stay at the top of the Mid-Atlantic Division!
