MECHANICSBURG, Pa. – The Eagle FC Women would like to welcome Big South Conference and High Point University Goalkeeper, Leah Hayes Coen to the Eagle FC’s 2023 USL W Roster.
A native of Limerick, Ireland, Leah spent two seasons with Galway Women FC, who plays in the Women’s National League, which is the top-level league in the Republic of Ireland and spent 3 seasons with Cork City FC Women prior. Additionally, she was a member of the U17 Republic of Ireland National Team competing in Euro Qualifiers and was a member of the U15 and U19 National Teams. She will be joining us this summer before heading back for her sophomore campaign at High Point University.
I am looking forward to playing with Eagle FC in the USL W League this summer. This gives me the opportunity to compete at the highest levels, improve, and challenge myself on the pitch. Additionally, I get the chance to play alongside talented players who will continue to push each in preparation for our collegiate season. I can’t wait to get started!
