MECHANICSBURG, Pa. – The Eagle FC Women would like to welcome Lock Haven University Defender / Forward Janessa Swartz to the Eagle FC’s 2023 USL W Roster.
A local player from Hummelstown, PA, Janessa led Lower Dauphin High School to x2 Mid-Penn Conference Titles, was named to the Tri Valley League 2nd Team All-Stars and Mid-Penn Conference 1st Team All-Stars. Additionally, she led her Club Team LDC, now Penn FC to the USYS State Championship in 2018. This past season, she made 17 appearances, 13 starts for the Bald Eagles. She will be joining us this summer before heading back to Lock Haven University for her senior year.
Playing for the Eagle FC gives me a chance to develop as a player and as a person. It’s an opportunity that not many players get to have and I’m eager to see how playing for eagle fc transports to playing as a Bald Eagle for LHU.
