MECHANICSBURG, Pa. – The Eagle FC Women would like to welcome back current Bermuda Senior National Team and Towson University’s All-Time Leading Goal Scorer, Nia Christopher to the Eagle FC’s 2024 USL W Roster.
From Devonshire, Bermuda, Nia finished her career at Towson with 66 Appearances (64 Starts) while tallying 41 Goals and 17 assists where she is now the program’s all-time leading goal scorer, all-time leader in game winning goals, and all-time leader in points. She had a tremendous career as a Tiger, where she was named to the United Soccer Coaches 2nd Team All-American (2023), United Soccer Coaches All-East Region (2023, 2022), the NCAA DI Women’s All-East Region Third Team (2021), x3 All-CAA Conference First-Team, 2023 CAA Conference Attacking Player of the Year, a member of the All-CAA Conference Second-Team, and a member of the CAA All-Rookie Forward Team.
Additionally, she has appeared in the 2018 CONCACAF Women’s U-17 Championships, 2020 CONCACAF Women’s U-20 Championships and with the Senior National Team in the 2018 & 2020 CONCACAF Championship Qualifications. Nia, has made 11 appearances for the National Team, scoring 7 goals. During the 2023 USL W League season, she helped lead our front-line scoring 11 Goals, 3 Assists, and was named to the 2023 USL W League Team of the Year 1st Team and was named to the USL W League Team of the Month in June.
It is an honor to be back and to play for the Eagle FC USL W League team. It is a great opportunity to play at a high level with a great group of players who have a goal of continuing to want to play at the highest level.
