MECHANICSBURG, Pa. – The Eagle FC Women would like to welcome Arsenal Women FC and East Carolina University Defender Lucy Fazackerley for the 2024 Eagle FC USL W League Season!
A native of Wigan, England, Lucy played for Arsenal FC FA Women’s Super League, the top league within English domestic football. During this time, she helped lead the team to the FA Women’s Supper League Academy Capital Cup and League Titles.
This past season, she led the Pirate’s back-line to 8 clean sheets, while starting in all 18 matches, adding 3 goals and 2 assists. As a result, she was unanimously named to the American Athletic Conference All-Rookie team.
I am excited for the opportunity to play for Eagle FC in the USL W League this upcoming summer. This will provide me a great opportunity to progress my football career further, while playing with and competing against the top players in the country.
