Eagle FC Women Welcomes Reading Women FC Midfielder Hunt

Welcome Mae Hunt

MECHANICSBURG, Pa. – Eagle FC Women are pleased to welcome former Reading Women FC and University at Buffalo midfielder Mae Hunt for the upcoming 2026 USL W League season.

Originally from Staines-Upon-Thames, England, Hunt arrives at Eagle FC after two seasons at the University of South Alabama, competing in the Sun Belt Conference. During her time with the Jaguars, she appeared in 36 matches, scored three goals, and logged over 2,100 minutes in midfield.

As a sophomore, Hunt made a notable impact, scoring in a win over Southeastern Louisiana and netting the game-winning goal at Southern Miss, helping lead South Alabama to a 10-win season and the No. 1 seed in the Sun Belt Conference Tournament.

Prior to her collegiate career, Hunt spent five years developing with Reading Women FC as a center midfielder and graduated from John Madejski Academy in 2024, bringing a strong technical foundation and international experience to the Eagle FC Women midfield.

Welcome Mae, pending USL W League and federation approval.
