MECHANICSBURG, Pa. – The Eagle FC Women would like to welcome back High Point University Forward Alex Murphy for the 2024 Eagle FC USL W League Season!
A talented Forward from Harrisburg, PA, Alex appeared in 16 matches for the Panthers this past season and adding one assists at Presbyterian. During her HS career, Alex was a member of the PA All State Team, was named Penn Live Girls Soccer Player of the Year, Mid-Penn Conference Pre-Season & Post Season Most Valuable Player and lead her Penn FC Club team to the USYS State, Regional, and National Championships! Additionally, she was named to the USYS Championships Best 11 Team during Nationals.
During the 2023 USL W League Season, Alex netted 6 goals and added 4 assists helping us to the Mid-Atlantic and Eastern Conference titles. She will be spending the summer with us before returning to High Point for her Junior season.
I’m very excited that I get to come back home for the summer and compete at the highest level while playing alongside/against the best competition in the country! I can’t wait to get started!
