MECHANICSBURG, Pa. – The Eagle FC Women would like to welcome back James Madison University Defender, Jamie Swartz for the 2024 Eagle FC USL W League Season!
A talented Defender from Hummelstown, PA, Jamie appeared in 19 matches for the Dukes during the 2023 Season, helping lead them to 11 clean sheets, the Sun Belt Conference Finals and to the NCAA College Cup Tournament. During her HS career, Jamie was a member of the PA All State Team, two-time Mid-Penn Conference First Team All-Star and lead her Penn FC Club team to a USYS State Championship, 2 USYS Regional titles, and a National Championship! Additionally, she was named to the USYS Championships Best 11 Team during Nationals.
During the 2023 USL W League Season, Jamie was an integral part of our back-line where she logged over 1200 minutes to help lead us to the Mid-Atlantic and Eastern Conference titles. She will be spending the summer with us before returning to JMU for her Junior season.
Playing for Eagle FC, in the USL W League, is playing / competing at the highest-level day in and day out. I am excited to come back for my second season, as I get to play alongside an incredible group of players and be part of an amazing culture! I am very excited for this season.
