USL (Women)

The United Soccer Women’s League USL-W is a pre-professional women’s soccer league that kicked off in May of 2022. The USL W League strives to use women’s soccer as a force for societal good by creating a national platform to increase opportunity, gender equity, and career development. The League and its member clubs are committed to investing in women’s soccer – through not only financial resources but also with time, energy, and attention – and are united in our mission to grow the women’s game.

The USL W League serves as the nation’s premier pre-professional league, developing the next generation of women’s talent both on and off the field, and enhancing the women’s soccer pipeline between college and professional soccer. An integral part of the USL Women’s Pathway, the W League offers a summer platform for athletes to compete at a high level and also retain NCAA eligibility. With over 90 teams across the United States, the USL W League will bring elite women’s soccer to communities across the U.S., creating more opportunities to play, watch, and work in the women’s game.   

Our Eagle FC USL W team will be led by a senior Eagle FC coaching staff that has experience working at the top levels. In the last three season, the Eagle FC Women are 30-7-2 Record, 3x Mid-Atlantic Division Champions, 2023 Eastern Conference Champions, and 2023 USL W National Semi-Finalists.

Train and compete alongside the top players in the country this summer from the ACC, Big Ten, Big East, PAC-12, SEC, NWSL, various National Teams and more!

Additionally, The USL W League provides a path to pro including the USL Super League, NWSL and various other professional women’s leagues around the world. Over the past year the USL W League has over 200+ Players playing professionally overseas and in the NWSL. The Eagle FC Women have had 12 Players sign professional contracts and are competing the United States and all over Europe.
