DOES EAGLE FC PROVIDE A UNIFORM?

Eagle FC provides 2 uniform jerseys. Players provide shorts and socks. Jerseys handed out in the fall are used for both seasons (fall/spring). New spring only participants will receive jerseys in the spring.

WHAT EQUIPMENT DOES MY PLAYER NEED?

– Shin guards
– Soccer cleats (preferred) or athletic shoes
– Soccer ball (size 4 ball for u9-u12 & size 5 ball for u13+)
– Water/hydration

HOW WILL TEAMS BE FORMED?

Teams will be determined using existing Eagle FC rules and policies. Being assigned to a particular team is based on the following criteria:
– Gender
– Age
– Grade/School
– Date of Registration/Payment
– Teams with Openings

WILL EAGLE FC ACCOMMODATE SPECIAL REQUESTS?

Eagle FC will make every effort to accommodate special requests regarding player placement; however, we are unable to guarantee which age group/team the players will be placed on. Placing a player on a team cannot be guaranteed by any club official, coach, or volunteer. Requests must be submitted during regular registration to be considered.

WHAT LOCATIONS WILL HOST PRACTICES AND GAMES?

Practices and games will be held at various locations throughout our community. These locations may include Creekview Park, Hampden Township Park, Stony Ridge Park, Sporting Hill Station Sports Complex, Joe Carr Park, Cumberland Valley Schools, and possibly other sites as well. (Eagle FC field locations)

HOW WILL SCHEDULES AND UPDATES BE COMMUNICATED?

The Eagle FC staff will communicate these details directly and through the coaches. Players can log onto their BYGA account at eagle-fc.byga.net for details on their schedules.

CAN I VOLUNTEER TO COACH?

Yes! We need willing volunteer head/assistant coaches for all recreation teams. Our program is only successful because of outstanding and dedicated volunteers. Head coaches are responsible for organizing and conducting quality training sessions that are enjoyable and educational. Assistant coaches are needed to help administer weekly practices and oversee weekend matches.
